Stretch solution: Toe Stretches on Wall
How to preform toe stretches on the wall:
- Stand in front of a wall.
- Extend your toes against the wall and try to bring your knee towards the wall until you feel a gentle stretch under the foot.
- Maintain the position and relax. Hold for :30 on each foot.
Setting a goal to stretch throughout your workday will give you the opportunity to release and reset the body.
